Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order separately.
Timeframe
Buyers must contact us within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return, and the item must be shipped back within that same 14-day window.
Conditions of Return
- Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Items must be returned in their original condition; buyer is responsible for any loss in value if the item is returned damaged, altered, or not in its original condition
- A 10% restocking fee applies for all returns

A Note on Natural Stone Variation
Because our crystals and stone pieces are natural materials, slight variations in color, pattern, size, and inclusions are normal and expected; these are not considered defects and do not qualify for return on that basis alone.
How to Start a Return
Contact us at using the "contact us" option with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we'll provide return shipping instructions. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
