Processing Time
Orders are handmade, curated, or hand-selected to order and typically ship within 3-5 business days of purchase. Blind bags and custom blends may require additional processing time.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Estimated delivery times will vary depending on your shipping method and destination.

Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only, international orders will be cancelled.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Lost or Damaged Packages
Moon Child Apothek is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after being marked as delivered by the carrier. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos so we can assist you.
